For quantity surveyors & cost consultants

The approved pipeline, with the obligations attached

Every consent in your area the day it is granted — what was approved, how big it is, and what the permission is already committed to pay under Section 106 and CIL. Filter by council, radius or scheme type; export it or take the feed.

What cost consultants do today

Watch the weekly lists of a dozen councils, open each decision notice, then hunt for the S106 deed to find out what the scheme is really carrying. By the time the viability picture is clear, the developer has appointed.

What you get with PlanNexus

Decisions as they land, joined to the obligations register where the council publishes one: each covenant, its discharge status, the CIL liability notice and exemptions — plus the application's own description, drawings list and the agent behind it. Major and minor schemes in your patch, ranked by scale, without opening a single portal.

Obligations, honestly scoped

S106 and CIL come from councils running an Exacom register that publishes without restrictive terms — nine fully walked today, twenty-five more being walked now. Every response states how many councils it covers, so an empty result reads as 'not covered', never 'no obligations'.

Common questions

How do I get the consents for my area?
Save a search on the councils or a radius you cover, filtered to decided applications of the types you price (full planning, outline, reserved matters), and take it as a daily email, a CSV, or the API. The Data Feed plan adds changed_since so your own system pulls only what moved.
Which obligations data do you hold?
Per application: each Section 106 covenant with its clause, obligation text, discharge date and amount where stated; the CIL liability notice amount and exemptions; whether deeds are on file. It joins to the application by council and reference. Coverage is the councils publishing an Exacom register, stated on every response.
Can I see the drawings?
The documents listing for every application is free; downloading the files through the API is a metered allowance on Starter and above (500 files a month on Starter, 2,500 on the Data Feed), streamed live from the council so you always get the current version.
Who is behind the scheme?
Applicant and agent names as the council publishes them, on paid plans, plus the agent leaderboards: which practices are filing and winning the most in each council. Contacts are never sold per record; they ride the plan.
What does it cost?
Free to explore (1,000 requests a month). Starter at £99/mo covers a cost-consultancy team: 50,000 requests, contacts, obligations and ownership, 10,000 export rows. The Data Feed at £399/mo adds incremental sync, webhooks and 250,000 export rows for firms feeding a CRM or estimating system.
