But aren't most heat pumps now permitted development?
Yes — sub-12kW air source units sited >0.6m from boundaries no longer need full planning. But listed buildings, conservation areas, AONBs, and larger or non-compliant installs all still need permission. That's where the highest-value MCS jobs sit, and that's exactly what we surface.
Can I get GSHP applications too?
Yes. Use 'ground source' or 'GSHP' as your keyword, or combine: 'heat pump' will catch both ASHP and GSHP applications.
